A while ago, Mashable started using Disqus — a very powerful commenting tool.  Why is the most socially savvy site on the internets outsourcing their comments?  Well, they’re a lot to maintain, and as the web becomes more open, you can easily get behind.  Instead of integrating Facebook Connect from scratch, I’m switching to Disqus.  [...]
